Returns & Refund Policy

At Bondues, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and refund process is simple, fair, and designed with your satisfaction in mind.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Please note that returns cannot be accepted after the 14-day cancellation period. All returns are subject to our Terms of Service.

Eligible Products for Returns
We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty products, including items returned due to change of mind or incorrect size, as long as they meet our eligibility criteria.

Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be new or like new, with no signs of wear. Products should be unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return Your Item
All returns must be completed by mail. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed in AUD (Australian Dollars), as this is the currency of our store. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Bodysuits
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery, depending on product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead once the item is shipped back to us.

Cancelling your order
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us.
